Travis Kelceis working his magic on the entire Swift family — not justTaylor.
Jason, a center for the Eagles, pushed back, speaking to Scott directly again: “You’re gonna let this man’s devilishly good looks and relationship with your daughter sway you from a lifetime of fandom, Scott? This is ridiculous.”
Travis then revealed just how the lanyard moment came about. “Aw man, I might have persuaded him at dinner the night before when I met him,” he shared, to which Jason said, “No! Did you?”
“Maybe… who knows?” Travis joked before sharing that Scott is “a huge football guy.”
The Kelce brothers then discussed Scott’s history as a football player himself, as Travis revealed that Taylor’s dad played college football in Hawaii and in Delaware as “a linebacker turned center.”

“Yeah, Mr. Swift, I apologize big guy,” Travis said. “Aw, man. I missed that. I never miss a high-five, too. Big high-five guy. It’s the most electric thing you can do at an event and so — sorry Mr. Swift.”
Of the lyric change,Travis said he “had a little bit of a clue” that there was something coming, but once he “heard it come out of her mouth, [it] still shocked me.”
“I was like, ‘Oh, she really just said that.’ ”
