Things didn’t go as planned for F1 driversLewis HamiltonandGeorge Russellat the Qatar Grand Prix on Sunday.
The popular drivers collided during the race, and Russell, 25, became furious with Hamilton, 38, after both of their Mercedes vehicles ended up off the track. Hamilton has since taken full responsibility for the incident after he watched footage of the collision, but not before a heated exchange between the two occured.
Approximately 40 minutes after the crash, Hamilton said he grew frustrated “in the heat of the moment” because he felt Russell tap his car’s rear, “but I don’t think George had anywhere to go,” he added.
