The Fringe season finale accept us back to the slenderly alternate universe – but this time it was n’t just the character and Earth ’s chronicle that were different . Meet Red Lantern and Red Arrow , two flagship heroes of Earth-2 ’s DC Universe .
The above image , use up from a mock Red Lantern / Red Arrow back latterly released by DC , was featured on last night ’s Fringe finale along with a bunch of other alternate masking . So why the dissimilar color schemes for two of DC ’s biggest heroes ? Perhaps an Earth-2 editor program took a tone at Golden Age Green Lantern Alan Scott back in the mid-forties and decided that his costume ’s predominant color really was cherry-red . It is pretty mucha 50/50 splitbetween the two color , after all .
This is , of grade , about ten shades of awing , although the uber - geek in me sorta wishes Fringe had accept this chance to giveTangent Comicssome much - deserved mass photo . * get on , it ’s the comic serial publication that ’s actually made to look like it ’s issue in an alternate macrocosm !

The DC Comics blog The Source will shortly have a complete inclination of all the alternate DC covers that appeared on Fringe .
- Tangent Comics may not in reality deserve muckle picture .
