After beingconvictedofraping two women,That ’70s ShowactorDanny Mastersonhas found a new home at California State Prison-Corcoran, where thekiller cult leaderCharles Mansonlived his last years behind bars.
Masterson – now officially inmate No. BW7253 – was admitted to the Kings County prison on Dec. 27, according to an onlineCalifornia Incarcerated Records and Information Search.
The actor, who was first arrested in 2020, was convicted ontwo out of three counts of rapedating between 2001 and 2003 in May. In September, a judgesentencedhim to 30 years to life in prison.

Last week Masterson wasdenied bail pending appeal, with Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Charlaine Olmedo saying the actor had “every incentive to flee.”

Olmedo noted in the order that without a successful appeal, Masterson would “likely remain in custody for decades, and perhaps the rest of his life.”

Among the murders attributed to Manson was the killing ofSharon Tate Polanski, an actress and model married to film directorRoman Polanskiwho was eight months pregnant at the time of her gruesome murder. The Hollywood couple had been married just a year when Tate, three friends and a stranger were killed at their Los Angeles-area home Aug. 9, 1969.

Masterson will first be eligible for parole from prison in June 2042, per the online incarceration records. His first parole consultation would not be until May 2038.
