The model, 36, shared a short-but-sweet tribute to her husband, filmmakerJustin Ervin, on Instagram for his 38th birthday.
Graham posted two photos — one of the couple looking at the camera and another of them sharing a kiss — and wrote, “Another year of loving you.”
Graham and Ervin have been married since 2010, and have since welcomed three sons —Isaac, 3½, and twinsRoman and Malachi, 23 months — together.
The coupleannounced that they were expecting Isaacon their ninth wedding anniversary in August 2019.
“Today, we are feeling so blessed, grateful and excited to celebrate with our GROWING FAMILY!” she continued. “Happy anniversary, @mrjustinervin ❤️ Life is about to get even better.”

Isaac arrived in January 2020, and Graham wrote on Instagram at the time that her and Ervin’s “lives changed for the better."
Also on Instagram, she wrote, “I remember holding Isaac for the first time and telling Justin, ‘Now we’re family forever.’”
Two years later, the couple welcomed Roman and Malachi.

In March, Graham revealed that the coupleis not planning on expanding their family of five any time soon.
Also on the podcast, the model said she’s happy that she and Ervin waited to have kids until years into their marriage.
“Justin and I are really solid,” she said. “We were able to be married for nine years before we started having kids. It really makes a difference.”
Added Graham: “For us, I was so glad that we were actually able to have the time to be able to spend with each other — so we got to know each other’s everything — because you really still don’t know each other’s everything until you bring in kids.”
In August, Grahammarked the couple’s 13th wedding anniversarywith another tribute while vacationing in Italy.
“13 going on forever,” she wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of the couple on a boat. “I love you, Justin.”
