Would you pass over your soul for the ultimate grudge ?
This FX - drive short from Canadian - American film maker Kristian Bakstad is about a sleazy artifact Orion who discover a valuable find on an out - of - the - way planet . When he get , however , he realizes this is n’t a distinctive scavenging mission , and what ( and who ) he finds makes it very clear why the picture show is titled Eden .
This is very much a cogent evidence - of - conception poor with an abridge chronicle — but it ’s always a good sign when a task like this offers some intriguing world building and offbeat idea , as well as leaving you feeling like it stop too before long because you ’re dying to know what happens next .

I love the idea of a fur - clad New Age guru lurking on a lonely planet , waiting to recognize visitant with a theatrical slow bam and promising skill of the “ next level beyond homo ” via a loop VHS mag tape ( someHeaven ’s Gatevibes there ) . Also , what ’s in that box seat ? Is it … an outer - space rendering of the Pulp Fiction briefcase ?
