Clothing is key . I ’m a sweaty buster that walk everywhere in a hot / humid part of the world . I seek to ostracize as much cotton wool from my closet as potential .
If you may yield it , the modernistic smartwool / icebreaker / ibex merino stuff is amazing . Much better than any of the high - tech synthetic substance in my experience . cotton plant vest get hock and feel clammy all Clarence Day if you wear them under a dress shirt . synthetic substance that are good at wicking and dry promptly when disclose to airwave flow , but take up when tire out under another level .
